With over 30 years of experience in construction management for commercial and industrial projects, we specialize in theatrical and music venues, restaurants, data centers, mixed-use high-rises, and a variety of mission-critical projects. At El Pizo Consulting, we support owners and developers throughout the entire process, from due diligence and selecting the right design team to creating RFPs, establishing budgets, scheduling, and selecting general contractors. We also provide design oversight and act as the owner's representative during the construction process, ensuring effective change management.

Services we provide
At El Pizo Consulting, we provide our owners with comprehensive services including acting as a strawman during real-estate investigations, strategic planning, zoning and permit reviews specifically for amphitheater development, and vetting design & architectural firms with expertise in amphitheater design construction. Our offerings extend to drafting contracts for design, construction, design-build, and guaranteed maximum price projects. We also create requests for proposals (RFP), solicit and vet construction companies, and conduct drawing & specification reviews. Our value engineering services ensure optimal project delivery, while our construction management includes quality control review and inspections during construction. Additionally, we assist in change management planning, manage the warranty period, provide owners with executive reports, and oversee cash flow and lender interface.
